Return to Authenticity is a remembering.
A radical, yet gentle return to yourself. Authenticity is often understood as self-expression, but on a deeper level, it is alignment, responsibility, and embodied truth.
Intuition
The quiet, unwavering knowing that guides your actions. It may contradict even the most carefully laid plans, yet it never betrays you.
Love
A force both tender and fierce, beginning with how you hold yourself, an awareness of the thread that weaves all life together.
Integrity
The courage to know, trust, and live from your innermost truth, and to live it consistently in action.
Inspired by the archetypal work and the lifelong process of individuation as defined by C.G. Jung, our work honours the complexity of the human psyche: shadow and strength, grief and joy, potential and realisation.

Return to Authenticity is not about becoming someone new, but about deepening enough to lead from within. There is a particular resonance here for women reclaiming parts of themselves, their voice and leadership - for those willing to stand in truth.

Very likely, you learned to adapt in order to belong, and perform in ways that kept you safe. You achieved, you fulfilled roles, you longed to be valued. And slowly, you moved away from yourself - until a quiet longing emerged. A sense that something essential was missing.

I did not choose this work - it chose me.
I did not invent this work - I stepped into it.
My early background is in education and human relations. After an uncertain childhood and adolescence, I left home and found my way to Vienna, where I studied and began working with vulnerable young people. In my late twenties, life led me to London, where I continued my studies and became part of a kabbalistic organisation, eventually stepping into mentorship and teaching roles.
Life unfolded in many directions. I worked in sales, fell in love, married, and became a mother to two beautiful children. I helped found a democratic school, led teams, burned out, and slowly found my way back to myself.
I loved deeply and lost deeply. I inherited a media agency while grieving the death of my husband, continued raising our young children, home educated my son, worked, rebuilt, and kept creating this incredible women's community around me.
Life is colourful, and it does not end here.
I would not change a thing.
These experiences stripped away illusion and clarified what truly matters. They shaped my understanding of us as whole, multidimensional beings, and revealed the depth, complexity, and intelligence of the feminine experience.
We are far more capable of living than we often allow ourselves to be.
All my life, I have been drawn to archetypes, symbolic geometry, and fractals - not as trends or aesthetics, but as living structures that honour voice, equality, truth, and shared experience. Over time, Jungian Coaching became a natural home for what I had always been exploring, allowing these threads to come together in a way that feels both grounded and transformative.
My role is to hold space, offer tools and guidance, and witness your remembering.
The work belongs to you — and, if you choose the path, to the circle.

The circle shifts from a place you once visited to something you carry within you - into your relationships, your leadership, your daily life
Here, many women are called to support one another, create their own circles, gatherings or offers and deepen in ways that are no longer dependent on a central figure.
